At The Ebike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and keys are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will arrange a specialized freight courier to collect the bike from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit for damage and mileage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
